Holding Deposit - To secure a property one weeks rent will be required, whilst references and paperwork are completed. This will be deducted from the total deposit due, before a move in date. Should the tenant withdraw from the let, the holding deposit will not be returned.
Deposit - This is a maximum of 5 weeks rent (including the holding deposit).
Landlord:
Tenant Find 60% (50% plus VAT) of the monthly rental agreed plus VAT subject to a minimum fee of £600 (£500 plus VAT).
Rent collection 12% (10% plus VAT) of the rental agreed for the term of the tenancy payable monthly in advance.
Full Management service 15% (12.5% plus VAT) of the rental agreed for the rental agreed for the term of the tenancy payable monthly in advance.
Administration Fee for setting up a tenancy £360.00 (£300 plus VAT).
